A-COLD-WALL* provides a streamlined returns process, allowing customers to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all industrial tags attached. Our global logistics network ensures your high-performance garments are handled with care throughout the exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our digital returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive authorization.

• 2.
  Package Garments

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all technical hangtags, branded dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Documentation

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label and commercial invoice, then securely attach them to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a collection; you will receive a notification once our studio team has verified the return.
